What happens when a sensor triggers?
A signal reaches our monitoring floor in under 5 seconds. An operator attempts to reach you first — if there's no answer or you confirm an emergency, dispatch is contacted immediately.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Every Wardstone plan runs month-to-month. Equipment is yours to keep even if you cancel monitoring later.
Will it work if my power or internet goes out?
Yes. Every panel has a 30-hour battery backup and communicates over cellular by default, independent of your home Wi-Fi.
Can I self-install?
Most customers choose professional install (included free on Full Watch and Estate), but self-install kits ship within 2 business days for Perimeter plans.
